Ullja Kuntze sues 30 people in McLennan County, TX

UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER, 9TH, 2011

All of the Defendants have to proof the Court that they are compliant, honest citizens and have never done illegal business under the table:
As you know,since over 3 years and ongoing, all over the internet thousands of posts have been made by this group of so-called handmade lampwork artists and their gang members in order to maliciously and vindictively destroy all of my businesses and my name by stating everywhere and to whomever possible (including to my customers)that i am a fraud who is running all of my businesses illegally, a thief who stole their intellectual property, and even an "international criminal"...just to name a few of their statements (believe me, there is so much worse that they have said that i am doing!)
I have already proven the Court all of my compliance for ALL of my businesses that i have done including providing all of my State sales tax permits, licenses from the Health department, Health department inspection records for my bakery business, permits issued and registered with the County and State as well as the Federal Government as well as DBA registration fo ALL of my various businesses.....
...yup, it was a huge folder and i was proud to show it ALL!!

Now, its time that the defendants prove to the Court that they are the so-called compliant, tax-paying and honest citizens that they claim to be...
Today, at the hearing, the Honorable Judge ordered all Defendants to send the following documents:
1) All of their State Sales tax permits for any of their businesses
2) Copy of their Assumed Name Certificate from any governmental entity with which they filed an Assumed Name for their businesses
3) Copy of any privilege license, home business or occupation license, city and/or county business license or city or county health department permit obtained by them since 2006
4) Copies of their monthly statements from Etsy, Artfire, Ebay, and their own websites for the online sales they made since 2006 as well as all the paypal records reflecting these sales!!
They got 30 days to send all this info and prove the Court that they have done all those sales online while being fully compliant and doing legal business since 2006!
