ULLJA KUNTZE SUES 30 PEOPLE IN MCLENNAN COUNTY, TX

UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 27TH, 2011

Remember, we had asked the first 4 Out-of-State Defendants for their Oral deposition?
As you know ALL the Out-of-State Defendants' jurisdiction is Mclennan county, Texas from an earlier court hearing in which they lost their battle for jurisdiction.
So now, these defendants decided to tell the court that they are not VOLUNTARILY coming to good ol' Waco, TX for their oral depositions.
On October 14th, there will be a hearing about this when these 4 defendants will explain the Court their reasons why they are not willing to come to Texas to get their oral depositions taken under oath eventhough their jurisdiction is here in McLennan County, TX...haha...back several months before i sued these Idiots, they were all ready and so eager to hop on a bus together as a big group and drive down here to defame and damage me more in my community....and now, they refuse to come to Waco...
we will see what the Honorable Judge will ORDER them to do on Oct 14th!

They also got till Oct 12th to send all the documents they have been ORDERED by the Honorable Judge to send us....still nothing as of today!
