ULLJA KUNTZE LAWSUIT UPDATES JAN 17TH, 2012

UPDATE AS OF JAN 17TH, 2012:

the hearing when the honorable judge will hear about all defendants contempt of court order is set for jan 26th 9am with motions for sanctions as well as motion to quash the etsy deposition scheduled on jan 27th, 2012 (there was an etsy deposition scheduled for jan 27 which will not happen on jan 27)

On jan 26th, 2012, there is also another hearing set: motion for withdrawal of attorney. The attorney i have hired for this lawsuit wants to withdraw after 19 months into the lawsuit and i have objected to his withdrawal, so this matter will go in front of the Judge for the court to decide.
