Ullja Kuntze sues 30 people in McLennan county, TX

UPDATE AS OF JAN 26TH, 2012:
24 defendants are in contempt of court's order since 3 months (since October 13th, 2011).
My lawyer refused to open a 'motion for contempt with enforcement and sanctions'. Instead of doing his lawyer duties towards me, he decided to ask for his release (this is not the end of the story concerning him...all his misconducts towards me and my lawsuit will be heard from other judges)
He has been released from my lawsuit and i will personally take charge of my own lawsuit as of today. I am very happy about this because my ex lawyer has dragged my lawsuit for 19 months. From this point on, things will move forward very quickly. Today, i have set 2 hearings with the court to be heard on feb 10th, at 1:30pm:

1) Motion for contempt of court order and enforcement with sanctions for all 24 defendants
2) motion to compel discovery questions (the rest of all the objections including the privilege objections from my master set of production requests...)...my ex-lawyer refused to open this motion as well eversince over 1 year!!

The honorable judge ordered today that there will be no etsy deposition tomorrow, jan 27th, 2012.

At the hearing today, defendant's attorney said that all the defendants complied with the court's order.....on feb 10th hearing he has to prove to the court the compliance of his 24 clients.
not only did the defendants not comply with the court's order, they even objected to the court's order plus even deleted one of the judge's order in their response..hahahah
from this point on, their attorney has lots to answer to the court...
