What an enlightening experience it was. I honestly can say i learnt so much at the hearing yesterday and God has made me see so much of whats really going on...i am Blessed by Him to see the real truth.

Tomorrow's hearing will be so overwhelming and is so scary with over 1000 pages of exhibits filed as evidence....having to defend myself against 24 people by myself without any lawyer knowledge or court experience...wow...definitely very intimidating and scary situation, but i have no choice, i cant afford no other lawyer since 3 of my very successful businesses are officially closed and my savings drained to the last penny by my ex-crooked lawyer

....oh well, God is Big and that is all that matters to me.

UPDATE AS OF JAN 26TH, 2012:
24 defendants are in contempt of court's order since 3 months (since October 13th, 2011).
My lawyer refused to open a 'motion for contempt with enforcement and sanctions'. Instead of doing his lawyer duties towards me, he decided to ask for his release (this is not the end of the story concerning him...all his misconducts towards me and my lawsuit will be heard from other judges)
He has been released from my lawsuit and i will personally take charge of my own lawsuit as of today. I am very happy about this because my ex lawyer has dragged my lawsuit for 19 months. From this point on, things will move forward very quickly. Today, i have set 2 hearings with the court to be heard on feb 10th, at 1:30pm:

1) Motion for contempt of court order and enforcement with sanctions for all 24 defendants
2) motion to compel discovery questions (the rest of all the objections including the privilege objections from my master set of production requests...)...my ex-lawyer refused to open this motion as well eversince over 1 year!!

The honorable judge ordered today that there will be no etsy deposition tomorrow, jan 27th, 2012.

At the hearing today, defendant's attorney said that all the defendants complied with the court's order.....on feb 10th hearing he has to prove to the court the compliance of his 24 clients.
not only did the defendants not comply with the court's order, they even objected to the court's order plus even deleted one of the judge's order in their response..hahahah
from this point on, their attorney has lots to answer to the court...

UPDATE AS OF JAN 17TH, 2012:

the hearing when the honorable judge will hear about all defendants contempt of court order is set for jan 26th 9am with motions for sanctions as well as motion to quash the etsy deposition scheduled on jan 27th, 2012 (there was an etsy deposition scheduled for jan 27 which will not happen on jan 27)

On jan 26th, 2012, there is also another hearing set: motion for withdrawal of attorney. The attorney i have hired for this lawsuit wants to withdraw after 19 months into the lawsuit and i have objected to his withdrawal, so this matter will go in front of the Judge for the court to decide.

UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 27TH, 2011

Remember, we had asked the first 4 Out-of-State Defendants for their Oral deposition?
As you know ALL the Out-of-State Defendants' jurisdiction is Mclennan county, Texas from an earlier court hearing in which they lost their battle for jurisdiction.
So now, these defendants decided to tell the court that they are not VOLUNTARILY coming to good ol' Waco, TX for their oral depositions.
On October 14th, there will be a hearing about this when these 4 defendants will explain the Court their reasons why they are not willing to come to Texas to get their oral depositions taken under oath eventhough their jurisdiction is here in McLennan County, TX...haha...back several months before i sued these Idiots, they were all ready and so eager to hop on a bus together as a big group and drive down here to defame and damage me more in my community....and now, they refuse to come to Waco...
we will see what the Honorable Judge will ORDER them to do on Oct 14th!

They also got till Oct 12th to send all the documents they have been ORDERED by the Honorable Judge to send us....still nothing as of today!

All of the Defendants have to proof the Court that they are compliant, honest citizens and have never done illegal business under the table:
As you know,since over 3 years and ongoing, all over the internet thousands of posts have been made by this group of so-called handmade lampwork artists and their gang members in order to maliciously and vindictively destroy all of my businesses and my name by stating everywhere and to whomever possible (including to my customers)that i am a fraud who is running all of my businesses illegally, a thief who stole their intellectual property, and even an "international criminal"...just to name a few of their statements (believe me, there is so much worse that they have said that i am doing!)
I have already proven the Court all of my compliance for ALL of my businesses that i have done including providing all of my State sales tax permits, licenses from the Health department, Health department inspection records for my bakery business, permits issued and registered with the County and State as well as the Federal Government as well as DBA registration fo ALL of my various businesses.....
...yup, it was a huge folder and i was proud to show it ALL!!

Now, its time that the defendants prove to the Court that they are the so-called compliant, tax-paying and honest citizens that they claim to be...
Today, at the hearing, the Honorable Judge ordered all Defendants to send the following documents:
1) All of their State Sales tax permits for any of their businesses
2) Copy of their Assumed Name Certificate from any governmental entity with which they filed an Assumed Name for their businesses
3) Copy of any privilege license, home business or occupation license, city and/or county business license or city or county health department permit obtained by them since 2006
4) Copies of their monthly statements from Etsy, Artfire, Ebay, and their own websites for the online sales they made since 2006 as well as all the paypal records reflecting these sales!!
They got 30 days to send all this info and prove the Court that they have done all those sales online while being fully compliant and doing legal business since 2006!

UPDATE AS OF AUGUST, 22nd, 2011
Back in beginning of July, we have asked 4 Out-of-State defendants (all Out-of-State Defendants Jurisdiction is Mclennan County, TX from an earlier court ruling!) for oral depositions and gave them 45 days to give us an appropriate date for them to come to McLennan County, TX. After several weeks of no answer to our request for depositions,we finally got their response:
Defendants will NOT voluntarily come to Texas!!
So, we have served these 4 defendants with an official deposition notice for September 7th, 2011.

Today's Hearing had to be postponed to September 9th, 2011 due to scheduling conflict.
This hearing is on all the Defendants' Objections to my Request of Production...which means this:
We have sent them each 80 questions to produce various documents of evidence...ALL of the defendants have objected to almost 50% of these 80 requests!! So, the Honorable Judge will decide on September 9th if these Objections are denied or not.....If denied, they will be ordered to produce what we ask within 30 days of the court order!

WHAT A VICTORY FOR ME TODAY!!!!!
As you know from previous posts, this group of Ignorant People, who call themselves Lampwork Artists, had sued me in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
That lawsuit in Houston went on full force for 8 months until we had filed a Motion to Compel Discovery Hearing (aka the Court orders them to produce documents/admissable proof/evidence etc)
These Lampwork artists (54 of them!!!) were scared $$ITLESS knowing that with such a court order their unclean hands would be out in the open for everyone to see, so they immediately dismissed their entire lawsuit against me in Houston.
Now, I am sueing 30 of them here in McLennan County, TX.
19 of the Defendents are from various other States and have filed a Motion objecting to Jurisdiction in McLennan County, TX.
Two of the out-of-State Defendents have already LOST their battle with Jurisdiction at an earlier Court ruling.
The remaining 17 defendents' hearing was June 8th, 2011, in which they all tried to convince the Court with the following sworn affidavit statement as their so-called Defense:
"Although I was a Plaintiff in the Houston lawsuit, I did not participate in deciding who to hire for representation or where to file the suit....I did not direct the attorney regarding the handling of that case and did not propound any discovery to Ullja Kuntze."
HAHAHAHAHA......
LIES DON'T WORK IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM,

UPDATE AS OF APRIL 27TH, 2011:
Another MAJOR loss for one of the Texas defendants:As you know, the very first lawsuit was 54 plaintiffs sueing me down in Harris county and ALL those 54 plaintiffs dismissed their lawsuit against me when they were about to be ordered by the Judge to produce several relevant documents as evidence such as their business licenses, tax records, sales records and also ANY evidence for all the accusations that they made against me and my businesses.
I won that lawsuit against 54 plaintiffs!
One of those 54 is now one of the 30 defendants that i am sueing in my lawsuit here in McLennan County.
This defendant, while being sued by me, goes and opens in her own county a new lawsuit against me and she is sueing me for damages.
Yes, i know...she totally went bizerk!
Without giving absolutely not even ONE evidence for all the accusations against me, she then files asap for a motion for Summary Judgement
hahahaahah...what an ignorant who not only wastes the court's time, but has also unclean hands dealing with the government. How low can you go??!!

UPDATE AS OF APRIL 6TH, 2011:
One of the Defendents from the State of Oregon, who is one of the major ring leaders and activists for the conspiracy to destroy me and all my businesses (she has even bought several domain names on the internet that are my registered business names...such as www.ulljas.com.
Ullja's has been my Texas registered business name (D.B.A.) for almost 10 years!) and she has intentionally written in all these websites, which she owns and operates, disparaging words and lies about me and all of my businesses in order to intentionally destroy me, both personally and professionally.
This defendent opens a Special Hearing stating to the Judge that she absolutely has nothing to do with the State of Texas and wanted the lawsuit to be dismissed.
WELL, WELL, WELL........guess what??
The Honorable Judge DENIED her request and ordered her Jurisdiction to be here in McLennan County, TEXAS!!!
McLennan County it IS!!!!
I cant wait to see her sorry self sit in front of me and my lawyer during her oral depositions and Trial which will be held under oath!!

The Latest on my lawsuit that i opened against 30 Defendants
Official Deposition notices have been sent out for the first 3 Defendants' scheduled depositions on April 8th and April 13th. Attached to the notices are also 55 document production request questions which the defendents MUST bring along with their sorry selves to Waco, since they have not sent documents of proof we have asked them previously.
These depositions will be used as evidence in the trial and EACH defendents deposition can last several days until we decide its completed. Why did we sent a deposition notice? To legally set the dates so that they cant just decide to play a game and not appear last minute.

Update as of March 5th, 2011:Defendants try to stall the depositions by moving the dates 1 month....depositions are now agreed to be on April 8th and April 13th....their delay tactics will work only for some short time....and they will eventually run out on options to hide their real faces and the REAL TRUTH is going to come out no matter what at the very end!!
Update as of Feb 27th, 2011:Depositions for first 3 Defendants are being scheduled for Mid March.
What is a deposition? Each defendant will be questioned by my lawyer UNDER OATH while a court reporter types everything for the record and the court. Deposition is a part of the so-called discovery process during which time various methods are used to request REAL proof of accusations, evidence etc. As of today, with so many defendants present, not even ONE of them could show ANY proof of all the things they have accused me off throughout the years.....all they do is OBJECT ....the best part though, their ignorant brains think they can get away with objections indefinitely ..i wonder if they know that in a lawsuit, you can have a court hearing and the Honorable Judge can ORDER you to NOT object and provide whats being asked of you!! ?? And once a court order like this is issued, they HAVE to obey ....last time around when they were plaintiffs and it came to this point, they ran away so they are not busted with all their lies and dropped their own lawsuit (54 of them dropped their lawsuit against me asap before this kind of a court hearing was to be scheduled) ....this time around, its MY lawsuit...and they wont be able to run ANYWHERE!!

Out of jealousy and vindictiveness, beginning around May 2008 and continuing through the summer of 2009, Defendants filed numerous false complaints to various online selling venues in a desperate effort to have my shops removed from these online retail websites and to have my accounts and privileges terminated so i would be prevented from selling my products.
Defendants had knowledge of the agreements between me and the selling venues. Defendants are members of the same selling venues and therefore, they were aware of which of the sites' policies they could complain about so that my accounts would be shut down.
Though it took more effort than they were expecting, they eventually gathered enough people join their conspiracy and filed enough false complaints ultimately resulting in ALL of my accounts with these business sites being closed, causing me to lose ALL business sales.
Defendants willfully and intentionally induced the selling venues to cancel their agreements with me and to cancel my online selling venue shops by writing them constant and non-stop emails with lies about me and even threatend and boycotted as a large group to leave the selling venues themselves if the venues dont get 'rid of me'
This inducement of the defendants and their artisan community members, who are backing them up in this sabotage, resulted in these selling venues to wrongfully terminate my accounts, resulting in damages to me by depriving me of profits that i otherwise would have received had my seling accounts remained open...since 2008 Summer..thats over 2 years worth of lost profits from my very successful bead shop alone that they so desperately and maliciously wanted to get rid of so that customers would go shop with them instead...the extend their jealousy and their obsessiveness with me is unbelievable and is all on paper (supboened documents have arrived from the selling venues)

The desperation to get my selling shops terminated, includes even Defendants filing FALSE infringement claims with the selling venues in which they state: (I am quoting from the actual infringement claims they have filed and signed with their own names):

"I..., owner of ...., hereby file a written complaint, stating that seller ulljasbeads, has infringed upon my handmade lampwork beads, by purchasing them from me via the internet, and then without my knowledge and permission sold them in her internet sales shop"...they go further and claim "There is no doubt in my mind the beads are my work".....

finally, the best part: they sign this false infringement claim stating:

"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate, and that i am the copyright owner, and I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that has been infringed upon. I have good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the allegedly infringing seller is not authorized by myself, ....the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

Defendants have filed AND signed with their own signature this FALSE infringement claim.

During months of discovery process of my lawsuit, NONE of the Defendants has produced ANY copyright/trademark/patent OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS for the beads they sold or are selling!!....but yet, they have signed a false infringement claim swearing under penalty of perjury that they are the copyright owners of the beads they sell...WOW!!

Everywhere, Defendants have written that i have stolen their intellectual property, that i am a Thief doing consumer fraud, and that i am a Fraud and run ALL my businesses fraudulently. Their sole purpose in doing this is to destroy my personal and professional reputation out of pure jealousy and vindictiveness. They have even managed to lure and convince with these lies many others to join them in their conspiracy.
In fact, one of the ring leader's motto is "The MORE, the MERRIER"....their constant and continuous efforts of convincing others, resulted in more and more people joining the conspiracy to sabotage any and all of my business pursuits and in destroying my professional and personal reputation.
Filing False infringement claims is just one thing they have done....but i wanted to mention that one today in detail.

I wonder if they even realize what kind of a deep, legal $$$HIT they have created for themselves out of this obsessive jealousy towards me and all my businesses??!!

Update as of Sep 19, 2010:

The answers to the 80 discovery production questions came back from 12 defendants (so thats 80 x 12 = 960 possibilities to send proof)... NOT 1 DOCUMENT SENT! What happened? After writing 100's of blog posts with disparaging and defamatory words against me and all of my businesses, making intentionally false complaints to local, state and federal authorities including the Woodway PD, McLennan County Health department, IRS (IRS agents were sent to my house to check my IRS certification because this bunch told them that i am fraudulently advertising that i am an IRS certified tax professional...the agents saw my certification, shook my hand and returned home), the Better Business Bureau, to businesses, to my customers, to my community members, trying to convince non-stop anyone possible for over 2 years that i am a Fraud and all my businesses are Fraudulently done, and NOT A SINGLE PROOF to support all your 2-year collaborative conspiracy sabotaging efforts ?? what happened, you cant BRING IT ON ANYMORE??

...when it comes to proving the real truth, its a total different ballgame, isnt it??

So far, 18 defendants answered the lawsuit with denial, the remaining 12 defendants tried to ignore and refused to accept the serving of the lawsuit.

Next step already done in my lawsuit: Now begins the discovery phase (Level III) for all those who have answered.
Aug 12th, 12 of the 18 defendants got served with the first set of Production questions (80 questions to be answered by each defendant, all kinds of proofs, documents, emails etc are being asked to be produced)...they have 30 days to comply...oh, i cant wait to see the answers!!!

After 2 years of harassment, abuse and damages to my businesses and my name, i have finally filed in Waco McLennan County, Texas my Tortious Interference lawsuit with 4 claims including civil conspiracy claim against an initial number of 30 defendants in 19 States. To clearify the confusion, my lawsuit is NOT a defamation lawsuit, eventhough defamatory statements are used by defendants. The lawsuit i have filed is so much more serious than just a defamation lawsuit.

The goal of my lawsuit is to teach a lesson to this group of people, the defendants, who thought and still think that being behind a PC "anonymously" they can conspire and get away with posting and telling hundreds of defamatory and disparaging statements about me and my businesses online as well as offline to as many people as possible with the sole intent to FULLY destroy my name and all of my businesses. Now, they will see what the consequences are in choosing to conspire like this as a group.

Just alone this fact, speaks for itself that these people are not only obsessed with destroying my businesses and my name but also shows the ways they try to find by going to the extremes in even purchasing domain names that are my business names and even my non profit movement's name to help my community. Its sad that people like this exist in this world who have nothing better to do by being filled with so much ...well, i cant even find the right word for this kind of behavior.

One of the major food concerns is the excessive salt (SODIUM) content in the foods we eat......so what should we do to cut down on salt intake?
First of all, many of us need to realize that even if you stop adding salt to your meals, there is still salt in many foods...both natural and processed.Salt is commonly used to preserve foods. For the American population and their diets, more than %70 of their salt intake comes from the processed foods such as ready-meals, prepackaged foods/cans, preserved meats, breads, breakfast cereals and especially frozen ready dinners and if during the day, many of these items are eaten, the dangers to the health are obvious. High Salt levels in the body can cause heart diseases and high blood pressure.

The best thing to do to cut down on salt and sodium intake is to become a label reader when going grocery shopping as well as attempting to convert slowly into cooking from scratch instead of buying and consuming ready meals and processed foods all the time. Know where your food is coming from...learn what is in it....read labels.

The daily value for Sodium is 2,400 mg (about a teaspoon of tablesalt). When reading the nutritional facts label on foods, you will see a daily percentage value for sodium listed. Lets say the daily percentage value for sodium for that food is listed as %50 for one serving..this means, that when you eat 1 serving of this food, you will be getting already 1,200 mg of sodium.

Here is a quick tip to save on energy while cooking in the kitchen :
Did you know when you cover your pots while cooking that you actually save alot on energy. Cooking with the lid open is pretty much like trying to heat the room while your window is open in winter.

I know with some recipes you wont be able to save energy by covering the lid, however the best time would be while waiting for your pasta water to boil.

By the time you get up in the morning your body has gone through the longest period of the day without food. After a long period without eating, food is needed to restock on energy and nutrients.

Try to choose foods with nutritional resources to rebalance your body's needs as this can greatly influence how you feel for the rest of the day.

A mix of carbohydrates (found in foods such as wholegrains and bananas) with protein reduces the likelihood of sweet or carb gravings throughout the day.

Remember, skipping meals is always a bad idea, but starting off the right way with a good breakfast makes it easier to manage weight and keep energy levels consistent. Its also a great time to stock up on naturally occuring minerals and vitamins found in nutritionally dense foods such as dairy, seeds, nuts and fruit than reaching for the supplement bottle.

Also, dont forget to rehydrate, drink plenty of water to restore fluid levels in this Texas heat :-)

Ullja Kuntze, founder of Ulljas Gusto local food movement and multi-cultural chef, has been cooking asian cuisine this week. Teaching the wonders of Tofu with mouth-watering recipes..healthy, meat-free, Tofu is great for Vegetarians and for those who would like to consume less meat.
Tofu has been around for centuries and has become popular in the Western cultures in the 20th century but still as of today, there are many people who have never used it before nor are familiar with Tofu recipes.
In my opinion, the most important things to do with Tofu before using it in recipes is pressing and marinating.
After you drain, rinse and pat your tofu with a kitchen towel, wrap it with a clean tea towel and place it on a plate..cover with a heavy cutting board and place a heavy pan on top for 15min ...this "pressing" will make the tofu even firmer..now you are ready to marinate the Tofu block...i love using freshly grinded ginger and curry paste...delicious!
Did you know that Tofu contains essential amino acids, it's low in saturated fat, salt and carbohydrates and is cholesterol-free...Tofu-a great alternative source of protein.

Asparagus season is almost over, but you can still get it at the local farmers markets. The best time to eat Asparagus is when its in season, the taste is just so divine. Traditionally, Asparagus is eaten with Hollandaise sauce, but there are literally so many wonderful Asparagus recipes out there. Asparagus can be grilled, steamed, made into Asparagus souffle or Asparagus risotto.

As far as the nutrients in Asparagus, need i say that it is a wonder veggie? As a part of our eating local, sustainable food movement in Waco-Texas, we are learing also how to read food labels and what things to watch out for.
One of the most abundant ingredient in both foods and drinks happens to be High Fructose Corn Syrup. Fructose in the food and drink products is mainly derived artificially from corn and it is called HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) and used as a sugar substitute as well as a preservative. Tablesugar which is made from either sugarcane or beets is made out of glucose and fructose.
So why is it that most of the processed foods, juices, deli meats, icecreams, candybars and even white and wheat breads, just to name only a few items with HFCS, have this HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) and not tablesugar (sucrose)??
What is the craze about lowering your Fructose/HFCS intake as much as possible? Consumers are speaking out in every corner of the nation against the HFCS use in food and drink products. Some food producing corporations have even started a new initiative to eliminate HFCS and substitute it with Sucrose, the Tablesugar.

We have discussed the issue of why high levels of Fructose is harmful to your health and the direct relation with obesity and heart disease in our Ullja's Gusto, local food movement and we will continue as a group to watch out the level of Fructose intake.

Ullja Kuntze, founder and chef of Ullja's Gusto Sustainable Food movement in Waco-Texas, has been teaching the community members to incorporate many easy-to-do, stir-fry recipes with fresh produce bought from local farmers in Waco-Texas. Eating sustainable, local fresh food has many advantages, including financial, economic, and most of all its the best way for ones health.

Here is an easy recipe using fresh, local produce from farmers:

Chicken Stir-fry made with zucchini, fresh green onions, mushrooms, and leeks...just cut them all, add a little extra virgin olive oil in your pan and start stirring them until all is cooked...stir-frying veggies is done quickly..make sure the chicken is well done (i usually stir-fry the chicken first and then add all the veggies...to season, i only use sea salt and freshly ground pepper...you can also add some freshly ground ginger to this or use some fresh chopped parsley.Try to stay away from ready-made seasonings and flavorings which are mostly filled with artificial chemicals and ingredients.

Why do we love food? The main reasons are, it gives us energy and it makes us feel good. Usually, the higher in calories, sugar and fat, the bigger the yum factor.
However, if you eat too much carbs and little nutrients all the time, you will feel less energetic. Carbs may be a good source of potential energy, but without other nutrients it cant get processed into usable energy so it ends up as fat.

Eating a balanced diet including veggies, seeds, nuts, fish will provide your body with the nutrition it needs to produce energy.

For Memorial Day weekend, i got some wonderful red beets from our local farmers and made some Italian Red Beet Risotto with Pinot Grigio White wine.The guest were so stunned at the color of the risotto and it fit my whole theme of red-white-and-blue.My Memorial day risotto was tried by various community members and it was a joy to read all the email this morning about how much fun it was to cook from sratch in the kitchen with the help of the kids with foods purchased by local growers here in Waco.

Community members and church-goers helping out spreading the word of this vegetable and fruit garden which is almost ready to harvest and which will eventually help out and contribute to local food banks, kitchens, restaurants, chefs and so much more.

Ullja's Gusto Food movement in Waco Texas has been collaborating with the community members this week in organizing a "cooking class for kids". Parents and kids from various neighborhoods in Waco, Woodway and surrounding suburbs are participating in this Summer project.
School Gardens and community gardens are being built in Waco more and more and our revolutionary food movement in collaboration with other organizations in Waco is getting its well deserved publicity.

Ullja's Gusto Food movement founder, Ullja Kuntze, is also working on opening a Farmers Market in efforts of supporting our local farmers and artisan food producers while encouraging the consumers to eat sustainable local foods.
We are extremely excited about this project and offering this to our community soon.

Alot of my customers ask me for recipe and serving ideas. Here is a simple but very unique way for that special Mother's Day Breakfast:
Wash and slice some fresh strawberries, scoop out some cantaloupe using a melon scooper and place them next to the strawberries on a plate. Add a couple of my gourmet shortbread cookies to the plate. Toast a slice of bread or a scone and spread some nutella or Mom's favorite jam on it. Cut off the whole stem of a few flowers and add it to the plate and voila!
A perfect, colorful and different breakfast for Mom :-)

Happy Tax Day everyone! Ullja's Tax Service in Waco Texas has been very busy filing last-minute returns and extensions this week and I am happy to report, its all done for today.
Most of my clients already got their refunds, but for those last-minute filers, here is what you can do:
You can check out your status of refund information at www.irs.gov and click on "where's my refund" or call the IRS directly at 1-800-829-1954.
What records should you keep: normally, tax records should be kept for 3 years, but some documents such as records relating to home purchase/sale, investment transactions, IRAs and business or rental property, should be kept longer. Always keep copies of tax returns you filed along with all the copies of the tax forms.

If you move after you file your return, you must send Form 8822 (Change of Address) to the IRS.

If you think you made a mistake on your return (i.e. forgot to file a certain income, didnt file a 1099 form etc), you can file an Amended tax return called 1040X...Amended tax returns can be filed for up to 3 previous years.

Final Note: with the national deficit being very high, audits are in extreme rise and will be even more in the upcoming years..make sure you file all your income and file it correctly not to trigger an audit...remember, filing is a MUST,not an OPTION, according to the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America.

Some things to know about making federal Tax payments:
1) Never send cash!
2) Did you know that if you e-file, you can file and pay in a single step by authorizing an electronic funds withrawal via tax preparation software or your tax professional.
3) You can also pay by phone or online using a credit/debit card and you can make payments 24 hours a day. Visit www.irs.gov and search e-pay for more details.
4) If you itemize, you might be able to deduct the convenience fee charged for paying individual income taxes with credit/debit card as a miscellenaneous itemized deduction on your Schedule A form. The deduction is subject to the %2 limit.
5) You should not staple your payment to your return when enclosing it.
6) If you pay by check/money order, make sure it is payable to the "United States Treasury"
7) Complete and include Form 1040-V, the payment voucher.
